I understand that netball is a limited contact sport and that there is an inherent risk of physical injury involved. I am therefore giving permission for my child to participate in training with the full understanding that this is at their own risk. Except where provided or required by law and such cannot be excluded, I release from and indemnify Modbury Hawks Netball Club and its officers, servants and agents against all actions, suits, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, compensation, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of any personal injury to my child howsoever occasioned.
